Negative Erfahrung: Très déçue. Détartrage expédié en 20 minutes et on m'a compté 45 minutes. Quand j'en ai fait la remarque à la réceptionniste, on m'a répondu que c'était comme ça que l'hygiéniste facturait. Honteux!

Negative Erfahrung: Je suis très déçue par ce cabinet dentaire. J’ai dépensé près de 1'000 CHF pour seulement deux petites caries. Depuis l’intervention réalisée il y a deux mois et demi, je ressens toujours des douleurs à la dent. Je ne recommande pas ce cabinet. J’ai du recommencer le traitement de 0 auprès d’un autre dentiste

Positive Erfahrung: Ca fait plus de 8 ans que je viens dans cette clinique dentaire. C'est professionnel, c'est certifié ISO, le materiel de travail est dernier cri, les outils sont stérilisés et utilisés uniquemet pour chaque patient. Ils parlent plusieurs langues et proposent dès fois un étalement des paiements des grosses factures. Je suis entièrement satisfaire. Mon hygiéniste Mme Parastoo est gentille et professionelle avec plein de bienveillance et conseils sur comment garder des dents sains! Je reste dans cette clinique bien volontiers!

I would like to highlight my latest experience with Karim ALI, who cleaned my teeth so thoroughly that it was a never cleaned like this before (I do have to have cleaning frequently). Karim is also very kind, comforting and professional. Thank you for the calming music as well ! I will certainly look for him the next time I need cleaning.

Positive Erfahrung: Après des années de traitement, j'aimerai remercier infiniment Mme Dang (suivi picobello, jamais d'oubli, très agréable, prend le temps d'expliquer pendant et après les soins, devis précis, très très rarement en retard) et ses assistantes pour leur approche tant humaine que professionnelle. Coup de coeur pour le duo Mme Dang et son assistante Andrea qui arriveront coûte que coûte à vous faire sourire et à répondre à vos besoins. Je retire une étoile car au-delà du personnel, je n'apprécie pas la politique que la clinique Adent a pris au fil des années en ce qui concerne la tarification qui est soumise à la SSO. Exemple, la "taxe de base pour la désinfection de la place de travail" qui est apparue par magie sur les factures. J'ai tenté de trouver des explications plausibles, je n'ai pas été convaincu par leur réponse surtout lorsqu'il y a d'autres cliniques qui n'ont pas cette taxe. Conclusion, Adent n'est pas la clinique la plus accessible en terme de tarif (et malheureusement pas pour des bonnes raisons) mais c'est une clinique où en terme de qualité des soins vous pouvez y'aller les yeux fermés.

Tous les délais et objectifs fixés au début du traitement ont été respectés, en plus de la gentillesse des assistantes dentaires et de la Dre Tho Dang qui a fait preuve d'un vrai professionnalisme. De tous les traitements orthodontiques que j’ai eu auparavant dans d’autres pays, c’est celui qui m’a le plus satisfait. Il est vrai que ce n’est pas une clinique proposant les traitements les moins chers, mais on peut être assuré qu’on est au bon endroit.

Negative Erfahrung: J’ai appelé afin de faire un contrôle avec radio pour mes dents de sagesse douloureuse. J’ai bien stipulé lors de l’appel que je voulais faire une radio pour parle la suite extraire mes deux dents de sagesse. Lors du rendez-vous, le dentiste n’a absolument rien fait. Il m’a simplement montré avec un miroir l’inflamation que j’avais à la dent et prescrit des antibio. (Merci Monsieur le dentiste, mais j’ai un miroir chez moi et j’avais remarqué mon inflammation) Aucune radio, rien, pour un prix de CHF 156.-. Le rendez-vous n’a duré pas plus que 10 minutes ! J’apelle ça, fournir une prestation pour simplement remplir les caisses du cabinet ! Je me suis renseigné auprès d’autres cabinets qui proposent une radio et de meilleure prestations lors d’une consultation pour les dents de sagesse. À fuir

Negative Erfahrung: Il y a quelques années les rendez-vous étaient respectés à l'heure juste. Les soins d'excellente qualité. C'est cher mais il y avait ces petits plus. Puis il y a eu quelques minutes de retard... Mais ce qui change fondamentalement aujourd'hui c'est la facturation. Vous payez la facture lors du rendez-vous ou vous signez immédiatement un accord qui vous livre à la Caisse des dentistes. Ce qui veut dire... que cet organisme va avoir accès à votre identité (tous les renseignements que vous avez fourni á ADENT) accès aux détails des soins que vous avez reçu et également en libre accès pour les assurances, votre solvabilité...etc... On donne des informations en toute confiance et voilà...A vous de juger de ces pratiques mais en ce qui nous concerne .... J'ai bien lu votre réponse mais c'est le genre de réponse "bateau" que vous servez systèmatiquement à ceux qui oseraient se plaindre de votre façon de faire...je sais ce que j'ai vu et ce que j'ai vécu...nous irons donc nous faire soigner ailleurs

Fantastische Erfahrung: The doctors are so kind and does everything to make sure the patient is comfortable and assured. I especially appreciate Dr Guma who even knew (I don’t know how) my taste of music and will play it on low and agreeable volume at the background. He also puts an anti pain cream before the anaesthesia injection. I can’t believe I normally sleep on his treating table, that is how good and gentle he is. My hygienist is very kind, gentle and explains what she does. She does the cleaning thoroughly without any pain. She is excellent! Now my husband and daughter are both coming to this Clinique and soon my grandson will be a client too.

She is very professional and provides excellent service to her patients. She is very thorough and meticulous, and she has the gentlest hands; very careful to avoid causing unnecessary pain during the procedure. I have tried other dental clinics before and it’s not the same pleasant experience. It’s a bonus that she is also friendly and easy to talk to (both in English and French), and always ready to give good advice on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Negative Erfahrung: J'écris ce poste pour peut-être épargner a quelqu'un ce que je vis. Je suis allé chez Enguerrand Taillandier pour une extraction dentaire, j'en suis ressorti avec une subluxation de la mâchoire. Il a tiré tellement fort sur ma dent pour l'enlever que ma mâchoire est partie avec. Depuis je connais des migraines chroniques, douleurs à la mastications, je ne peux même plus ouvrir la bouche complètement. Des frais de physiothérapie qui se comptent en milliers de francs, un traitement d'orthodontie sans résultat. Un grand regret pour moi reste d'avoir poussé la porte de son cabinet.

Negative Erfahrung: J’ai demandé un devis pour recoller un fil de contention orthodontique. 600 francs pour ce « traitement » nettement plus chere que d’autres cliniques. ADENT a quand meme facturé le devis ce qui est clairement abusif puisque absolument aucun traitement/controle n’a été effectué. Je ne recommande pas cette clinique.
